Easy connection to the Alarm Control Center
This is how conveniently the cloud is integrated into the alarm system: by releasing only two URLs on the ACC server, our redundant ACC web service in the Azure cloud can be used with the Alarm Control Center communicate. It is of course possible to specify a proxy server in order to protect your IT infrastructure.
High availability in the Microsoft Azure cloud
Hosting in the cloud enables very high availability of 99.94%. In addition, this is the only certified way to send a push notification to smartphones. That Alarm Control Center can not directly the Apple push notification service (APNS) or the Google push service Firebase speak to. Of course, the communication between the Alarm Control Center and the ACC web service runs via https – and is therefore encrypted.
Easy setup in the ACC app
Participants receive a customer ID, username and password to log in to the apartment and thus log in to our ACC web service. And already the participants can receive messages, set the participant status and much more.
