Alarming via a call to your landline or mobile phone
With the channel for Voice Output of the Alarm Control Center: the responsible parties are alerted by a call to a landline or mobile phone. The message notification can be sent by a predefined voice message or with the help of text-to-speech. Here the message is automatically converted into speech and read out to the recipient.
Participants can accept or reject the message directly at the push of a button. Various alarm scenarios can be implemented in connection with the escalation system, so that delivery and processing of a message is always guaranteed.
Easily accept or reject messages at the touch of a button
With the Voice Output channel, the called party is guided through a dialog using predefined announcements. In this dialogue, the options are explained to the participant. If it is a message that requires an acknowledgment, it can be accepted or rejected by pressing a key. Identification can be configured to ensure that a person has answered the call and not a mailbox. Identification also takes place at the beginning of the call by pressing a key.
Voice call with individual message texts
In order to alert participants, you can choose between two types of announcements for the Voice Output channel: self-defined wave files or dynamically generated message text via a text-to-speech engine. With wave files, predefined wave files are played back as a message text announcement on the phone. With text-to-speech, the message text is automatically synthesized using a pre-installed text-to-speech engine and then played back.
Connection to a wide range of telephone systems
Flexibility and compatibility are important for an alarm management system. The Voice Output channel of the Alarm Control Center: uses the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). This protocol enables the connection to VoIP telephone systems or also to SIP providers on the Internet.
