Receive alerts via email message and
to always be up to date

With the e-mail channel, in the event of an alarm, messages are sent by e-mail from Alarm Control Center sent to the relevant participants. With a reply e-mail, the recipient can easily accept an alarm.

If a participant cannot be reached, the escalation system ensures that the message is sent to one or more other participants. This ensures the delivery and processing of a message about a malfunction. The e-mail channel also informs if the fault is no longer pending or another participant has already acknowledged the message.

Always up to date with automatic e-mails

If, for example, an error occurs during the night shift, the early shift participants automatically receive an e-mail. In this way, they are immediately up to date with the latest information at the start of the shift. Attachments can also be sent. In addition, the sender address, subject, content, priority and attachment can be customized or freely configured.

Send and receive e-mails securely

The e-mail transfer can use the protocols SSL and TLS be encrypted. The IMAP and POP3 protocols are supported for receiving e-mails, and the SMTP access protocol is used for sending e-mails. The transmission of the e-mails requires access to an e-mail account to which the Alarm Control Center accesses directly. The e-mail channel uses the existing network infrastructure, so no separate hardware is required.
